Refurbished Products

LuzernTech sells both "New" and "Refurbished" products. Our refurbished products are fully tested, 100% functional and come with a warranty (warranty period is stated in the advert).

What is a refurbished Product?
Customers return products to High Street Stores, Retailers etc for many reasons: a customer may change his or her mind, not like the product, or have difficulty operating it. Product identified by LuzernTech as 'refurbished' are products that have been returned to retailers within 30 days of purchase for one of the above reasons or are sold on the understanding that they may have been ex showroom/display products.

Every product targeted for reconditioning must pass a thorough examination. Either LuzernTech, or the original equipment manufacturer,(OEM), will perform the reconditioning, returning the products to like-new or almost new condition (unless stated otherwise in the advert).

Important point to note

The items have been tested and are 100% functional. However, they have cosmetic blemishes e.g. small marks or scratches normally associated with brief usage.

We endeavour to pack & ship products in their original packaging, but in some cases we ship them in plain packaging.

Refurbished Products:
This refurbished product is warranted to the customer as free from defects in workmanship and materials, (except where an item is advertised and sold as a blemished item) under normal use for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date. Where a refurbished item is advertised and sold as blemished, the blemish shall not constitute a warranty claim against the seller.
