1. AUTHENTICITY
Please be assured that all our items, without exception, are 100% authentic. We do not purchase, nor do We sell counterfeit items.

We have been buying and selling on eBay since February of 1998, and have built a steady and impressive customer base, with a large part being returning customers. We would invite you to check our feedback to see the comments from other delighted customers.

Our items are either personally purchased by us, or our clients, directly in the boutiques, and when this is not the case, the items are authenticated by the relevant boutique itself; therefore please do not ask us questions on authenticity.

2. CONDITION
Luxury GmbH offers for sale luxury top-quality products. We fully disclose the condition of each item. In the description of each product, Luxury-Shops will specify the conditions if different from the standards set by the market (Required disclosure of prior use) The main characteristics of products are shown in great detail (through numerous photographs and in-depth descriptions). The products offered for sale MAY NOT correspond to the real garments in terms of image and color because of the Internet Browser or Monitor used (color calibration).Luxury-Shops disclaims all responsibility.

3. PAYMENT
We accept Paypal (up to $1000), Bidpay, bank wire (transfer fees are buyers responsability) or cash. Arrangements for payment have to be made within 24h from the end of auction. You also agree to not initiate a chargeback, not with paypal, your credit card company or in any other way.

SWISS BUYERS are responsible for 7.6% MWST on top of final auction price.

4. SHIPPING
Shipping costs quoted are actual shipping costs and are not therefore negotiable ? We am not responsible for the shipping charges to your country. If you desire special shipping arrangements such as Fed-Ex please email me for additional shipping quotes.

We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once your payment arrives as cleared funds, your item will be shipped on the next shipping day. The buyer will be sent a confirmation email that their item has been shipped.

All parcels are sent registered. We provide the buyer with tracking information only when available (Fed-Ex, DHL and UPS). Swiss post only has internal tracking numbers, not available for online tracking. They will only track a package after 4 weeks of non-delivery of priority parcels, 12 weeks for economy.

Shipping times given in the auction are only estimates. We have no control over the movement of the post or delivery service. We are not responsible for ANY delays. According to law, the buyer assumes all liability of a package once the package has been handed over to the post. We do everything we can to insure that your package arrives on time, however, once we have posted the item we are not responsible.

All shipment costs and import/custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible to know his/her countries import regulations.

5. INSURANCE
We carefully wrap and package all our items and have rarely had anything lost or stolen from the post.

All items with a value under CHF 150.-(approx. $120/EUR 75.-) are automatically insured up to this amount. The buyer will be responsible for extra insurance fees on all items with a higher value. We recommend shipping items fully insured. However, if you wish the item the be marked with a low value, you must send us an email stating that you accept all risk and responsibility for any damage or loss that might occur during shipping.
