Contact us by either:
Email sales@lusonic.com or Telephone 0845-833-1659 and advise us of the
reason for return.
2. Once given instructions to return the product,
securely re –pack the product in original packaging and enclose proof of
purchase (a copy of your order) or full details of your order including
name, address, order number and contact details.
3. When returning your product, please remember that
it is your responsibility to ensure the product arrives with us, therefore
signed proof of receipt is recommended.
4. Once we have received your returned product, we
will check the goods and action either a replacement or refund.
5. Note: Lusonic are responsible for the cost of
replacing your faulty goods but will not refund your cost of post and
packaging.
