PAYMENT METHOD

In addition to payments through pay pal we are happy to accept payment by cheque or postal order. However, we cannot send out items until your cheque has cleared.

DELIVERY

The cost of delivery shown for each item in the UK is for first class delivery and we aim to post items as soon as possible after payment has cleared, normally by the next working day. Due to opening times and distance of our local Post Office, we do not send out parcels on Saturdays. Although, first class post usually takes 1-3 days, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee how long it will take for Royal Mail to deliver your parcel, and if you wanted something urgently you may wish to have items sent by Next Day Delivery. Please contact us if you want this service. Royal Mail do not consider an item sent first class post to be missing until 8 days after postage.

Non UK sales will be sent Air Mail. Royal Mail estimate that postage to Europe will take 3-5 working days and outside UK 5-7 working days, but it may take longer. For a priority service and the security of tracking,  we would suggest that for overseas purchases you choose the signed for International Postal Option at £7.50. Please contact us if you want this service. Royal Mail does not consider an item to be missing until 25 days after postage.

We always obtain proof of postage when sending out items.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase and return the item to us in its original packaging, unworn with all labels attached within 14 days from the day you receive it, we will be happy to exchange for another item or provide a credit note or refund.

Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item and would advise that you send the item back recorded delivery.

Any refund will exclude the costs of postage and packaging.

If exchange is for a higher priced item, a balance for the difference will be due and if goods are of a lower price, we will refund the difference.

Under the Distance selling regulations, customers from UK and Europe have the right to cancel a contract within 7 days of receiving their item, but will be responsible for returning the item, including the costs of returning the item. The item should be in perfect condition with labels attached.
