Reinforced Toe

A reinforced toe has extra nylon and spandex in the toe area of the pantyhose or stockings. Some hosiery have "invisible" reinforcement that is not easily visible. This is an example of a fairly large reinforced toe that is properly worn.  Note that the seam is at the very tip of the toes. It is very important to line the seams of the pantyhose up so that the reinforced to is actually over the toes and not on the side of the foot. This will make your hosiery last much longer.
