This section explains our terms and conditions. We're not in the business of including hidden nasties and we hope the following information makes our service clear:

Item Listings

1. All the items sold by Lucky 7 Pens are brand new items sourced from official suppliers (either directly from the manufacturer or from UK distributors).
2. All items are covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranties.
3. We do not sell any damaged items, factory seconds or used items.
4. On our eBay listings we do our best to accurately describe the item(s) and offer supporting information. In the event of any questions or queries please contact us before buying the item.

Payments

1. For all purchases, whether Buy It Now or auctions we require payment to be sent via Paypal within 48 hours. After that time the order will be cancelled and the item re-listed. If you unable to make a payment within this time we can hold it for you if you contact us and agree a payment date.
2. We only take payments via Paypal. It's a simple, reliable service and provides a good level of protection for both the buyer and seller.

Lucky 7 Prize Draw

1. We endeavour to select quality, desirable prizes for the winners. The prize that is allocated to each winner is not changeable or refundable.
2. All prizes are brand new from the manufacturer/supplier and are covered by the relevant manufacturers warranties.
3. All individual orders over £25 qualify for the draw, so if you buy 3 items of sufficient value you will have 3 chances of winning.
4. Individual buyers who make cumulative purchases of over £25 before 20:00 UK time on the same UK calendar day will be eligible for the draw and will have 1 card drawn.
5. We pride ourselves on keeping this draw fair and impartial. You will have the same chance no matter who you are or what you order.
6. We would like to keep a list of winners, dates and their prize on our website. No personal information will be published. If you win a prize and would prefer not to be listed, please contact us via eBay messaging.

Postage

1. Postage and packaging is included in the item list price for all UK deliveries.
2. For all orders over £20 we use Royal Mail recorded delivery. This means you will need to sign for the item when it is delivered.
3. We will retain proof of postage as confirmation of your order being dispatched. If the item is signed for at its destination then it is deemed that the order has been fulfilled.
4. Issues with lost or damaged items will be resolved between Lucky 7 Pens and the carrier. Where possible we will issue a replacement item or failing that, a full refund.

Returns Policy

1. We offer a 7-day returns policy. Please check your order when it is delivered and confirm that everything is in good condition. If you wish to return an item please contact us via eBay to arrange this. We must have confirmation from you that you wish to return an item within 7 days of it being received.
2. We can only accept returns for unused, unmarked items in their original packaging. For fountain pens it is essential they have not been inked.
3. For damaged or faulty items please contact us to arrange either manufacturer's service or a return.
4. The cost of returing an item is borne by the buyer including any insurance and packaging. Signed delivery must be used so that we can confirm receipt of the item.
