Once an item has been opened ,we can not accept item back due to health reasons as most of our products are health products.
If an item is faulty it needs to be returned back to us using a signed for postage option and contact must be made first to obtain a reference number with the fault description and a replacement will be issued and postage costs reinbursed.
If an item returned to us under the faulty terms is found to have been misused or damaged on purpose to make out item was faulty just to get a refund you will be liable for all costs incurred which may be more than the actual cost of the item.
We will not be held responsible for misuse of products if you have not followed the instructions correctly.
Should you change your mind and not require the product, you may return at your cost less 10% restocking fee and the actual cost of the item less the 10% will be reinbursed via your orignal paypal payment.
Feedback is very important and should not be abused because delivery was late or parcel arrived damaged as sometimes these things happen beyond our control and we will always help resolve any issue as soon as you contact us.Leaving negative feedback without making any contact first stating you are not happy is just abusing the feedback system and not giving the seller a chance to resolve any issues, So please make contact first and we will always do our best to sort out any issues.
