| Postal terms
All orders are despatched within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2pm are sent same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched next day & all orders placed after 2pm on a Friday are dispatched the following Monday unless a bank holiday where orders will be dispatched on the following Tuesday.
***All order are sent via Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery service & are subject to Royal Mails guidelines ie 1-2 day's delivery, this is a guide only & Royal Mail will not guarantee delivery within this time scale although most deliveries will meet this guideline.
If your item is not with you within this time scale please enquire at your local sorting office as if item has been delivered & no-one was available to take delivery item will be sent to your local office for re-delivery or collection.
***International sales are sent via Royal Mail International Signed for @ £5.95 per package & should reach you within 10 days of cleared payment.
We are happy to ship world wide & packages are also sent via Royal Mail Signed for @ £6.95-£8.95. Again please allow 10 working days for package to arrive.
***We retain all postal receipts & will do all we can to ensure your package arrives quickly & safely but cannot be held responsible for any items that go amiss once in Royal Mail's system. We will refund or replace any undelivered packages so please contact us if your package is not with you within 5 working days.
We will follow Royal Mails procedure & make claims where necessary. |
