Returns:

We accept returns if the item is returned as new with all orignal packaging as sent out. We will happily refund the full price of the item, once it has been returned and checked. Return postage is only refunded if we are at fault or the item is damaged or fault.

Please inform us of any problems within 48 hours of receipt of your item using the ebay resolution centre. A return address is provided as part of this process.

The item must be returned to us, in it's original condition, within 7 days of you receiving it. A refund will be issued within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item. Please do not contact us regarding your refund before 5 days have passed.

We advise you to use recorded delivery, or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced, as parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded by us.
