1) How long after payment will you dispatch my item?
We will always try to dispatch your item within 24 hours of payment. During busy periods this can take 48 hours.
2) How long after dispatch should I expect to wait for delivery?
We use Royal Mail tracked delivery for all UK orders. This is a 3-5 day service. For European orders your delivery should take 7-10 days and for the rest of the world it should be 7-14 days.
3) Can I return my item if I don't like it or it doesn't fit?
We will accept a return for this reason. The item must be in its original, unworn condition. Only the item cost will be refunded, not postage.
4) How do I request a return?
Please follow standard returns procedure via the ebay resolution centre. Please clearly state the exact reason for return, and we'll refund once the item is received and checked. For multiple item return from the same order please list all in the same return request. Please do not post until your request has been approved by us. A return address is supplied as part of this process. It’s recommended you use a recorded/tracked delivery option. Postage costs are only covered when we are at fault. We’ll only cover standard Royal Mail charges. Other couriers may cost more, which is not covered.

5) Do you offer combined postage discount?
Yes, the best postage rate we could offer for European orders would be £6.00 for the first item and £3.00 for every subsequent item. For Rest of World it would be £10.00 for the first item and £5.00 for every subsequent item. Discounted postage can be offered as long as all items are paid for at the same time. If each item is purchased individually then separate postage charges will be incurred and non-refundable. If you are unable to do this then we do offer combined postage through our website and you can pay with either paypal or credit/debit card payments.
6) I don't have Paypal, can I pay via another method?
Sorry, we can only accept payment via Paypal. Please do not send us payment through the post as this cannot be accepted.
7) Do you offer express delivery?
The only way we can offer next day delivery is through our Lovell Rugby / Lovell Soccer website or via our sales line on 0800 197 2855.
8) Why do you not send to my Country?
Unfortunately due to the amount of missing and undelivered parcels that we have experienced when sending pacel, we have had to make the decision to stop posting to certain locations. How as long as you meet the buyer requirements we are happy to send. However this will be at your own risk as we have experienced a high number of missing parcels when sending here.
9) How are you items sized?
As we are a UK based company all sizing is listed in standard UK size. Please be aware that as with all our listings, before our size guides, we do state the following: "Please note: these sizes are a rough guide that most companies use, but some makes do vary, if in doubt please e-mail us." If you wish to send you item back for an exchange we are more than happy to exchange these for you as long as the item comes back to us in the same condition they were sent (AS NEW), but this will be at your own cost.
10) Are the items authentic?
Yes, all our items are purchased direct from the manufacturers UK base, ie. Nike, Adidas, Puma ect. and are 100% genuine.
