Change of mind -
Should you change your mind about any product, you have the right to return it within 7 days of receipt.
In order to do this you will need to e-mail us via Ebay and advise us of the return. We will issue you with a Returns Authorisation and the address to return it to. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt with the original packaging un-opened and with all tags/labels attached. The cost of returning the item is met by you. For items that are not faulty a credit note for the full cost of the item (not including the delivery postage) will be issued.
Please note that this right of cancellation does not apply where Goods are specifically made to your specification or personalised at your request.
Faults -
Before packing, our products are checked for faults but in the unlikely event of a product falling short of the high quality we expect, please notify us immediately via Ebay We will then issue you with a Returns Authorisation and the address to return it to. The item must be returned to us within 7 days. Once we receive the faulty item we will refund the cost of the item. Alternatively we will send out a replacement item if requested by you.
Items returned without a Returns Authorisation will not be refunded or replaced.
