Pay no more than £4.95 P&P for as many items as you wish. This applies to postage within the UK only. We combine P&P on all Buy It Now, UK purchases. Please add to your items to your basket and then request a total from us at checkout. We will then combine your order and send you an invoice via Paypal for the total amount. This does not apply to Auction items.

We would kindly ask our customers to complete their PAYMENT within 3 days, otherwise items will be re-listed.

We will happily exchange or refund items, when returned to us within 14 days in their original condition, fit for re-sale.

We do not cover your costs for returning any items, unless faulty.

If you choose to return or exchange any item, please return to us at LOVE LOLA LTD, Jenda House, Cray Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 5DP. Please include your user ID and reason for return so we can process your return more efficiently.

As With All Ebay Traders Postage Costs Are Not Refundable. Refunds Are For The Cost Of The Item Only And Will Be Refunded Via Paypal.

Please make sure that you bid on the correct items as we do not exchange colours or sizes once the auction has ended (unless otherwise agreed). PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON AUCTION ITEMS.

We will refund postage for faulty goods only.

For hygiene reasons, jewellery returns cannot be accepted.

RETURNS POLICY

Hopefully you’ll be thrilled with your Love Lola products. However, if you feel you’d like to exchange, or be refunded for them, of course Love Lola will be more than happy to do so, but kindly pay attention to our Returns Policy:

You may return all items sold to you by Love Lola within 14 days of receipt for a refund for the cost of the item only. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of a Love Lola error. Love Lola advises you to send your return via signed for or tracked services.

Kindly include a note including your name, user ID and reason for return.

Please ensure that goods are returned in a fully saleable condition, unmarked and unwashed, with labels attached.

Love Lola simply can’t refund or exchange a garment that we consider to be soiled, this includes items returned smelling strongly of cigarette smoke.

Please also note that Love Lola cannot accept returns of the following:

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.

* Any item that is damaged, has missing parts, or is not in its original condition or packaging.

After Love Lola has received your item, it will process the refund/exchange and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be by the same method of payment that you originally used.

We politely ask that any queries be sent via ebay messaging.
