Returns

Returning an item is very easy with Lousie23 due to its flexible policy. Before returning an item all we ask is you notify us within 14days of purchase via email with the reason for the return/exchange. This will enable us to make a note to assist and make the return/exchange quicker.

For an exchange please include a note inside the parcel with your eBay user id, and exchange details such as colour, size and item number you wish to exchange the original item with. For an exchange please note a re-delivery fee of £3.00 must be included with the parcel originally returned back. Please note the exchange parcel will be delivered to your PayPal address unless otherwise stated on the exchange note.

For a refund please include a note inside the parcel with your eBay user id, and the reason for the refund. For all non faulty items the full amount less postage will be refunded via the original method paid to Louise23. For all faulty items the original amount paid will be refunded via the original method paid to Louise23, all other postage costs will be subject to an agreement with customer services. All refunds will be credited back when the original item is received.

Please note it is the responsibility of the sender to ensure the return/exchange item is sent in its original condition with all tags attached. We advise you to send any item for return/exchange via recorded delivery and to obtain and proof of postage. We can not accept any responsibility for items lost or delayed in the post.
