Limited Edition Prints
A limited edition is a series
of identical original art prints that is restricted to a specific number of copies, each numbered and signed by the artist, which should not be reproduced in any other
size or format.
Once the edition runs out
it will never be reprinted.

Open Edition Prints
Open Editions are not
restricted to a specific
number of copies, they can be reprinted in an unlimited amount and in any additional sizes. The image can also be reproduced in different
formats for various
other products.
Most Open Editions are
available in three sizes.
A3 - 297mm x 420mm
A4 - 210mm x 297mm
5"x7" - 127mm x 177mm
I sometimes do not list all
the different sizes for the
open editions, so if
you are unable to find the
size you're looking for in a particular print - then do please contact me, I'll be happy to let you know what sizes are available.

| Postage & Packing / Shipping
- Postage is combined on multiple orders - only one amount of postage is charged. Free postage for any additional items purchased for shipping at the same time.
When paying eBay should automatically calculate shipping/postage discounts for items of the same currency, if for some reason this does no occur, please let me know and I will send a new invoice with adjusted postage costs.
Please note: I can only combine invoices for items of the same currency. If you have purchased several items in different currencies eg. AUD & GBP, if possible - please wait for separate adjusted invoices giving shipping/postage discounts to be sent before paying. Thanks.
- I try as much as possible to keep the postage costs down - no profit is made on postage/shipping prices. All prints are individually wrapped in acid free clear plastic, or cellophane bags with cardboard backing and an information sheet giving details about the print.
Due to the weight and quality of the paper that is used, the prints are not rolled but packed flat in specialised reinforced envelopes or flat boxes to ensure safe arrival.
- UK - Limited Editions are usually sent recorded delivery (signed for), Open Editions are sent standard 1st class delivery.
A4, 5x7" prints, ACEO's, greeting cards & magnets are sent standard 1st class delivery.
- Overseas - all items are shipped standard Royal Mail airmail (small packets).
Customer service is very important to me so I will always offer a replacement or full refund if any items are lost or damaged in the post, please see returns section below. | |  | | | |

Returns
UK & Overseas - I would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, so do please let me know if there is any problem.
Returns - If you wish to return an item, could you please do so within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition and I will give a full refund, (including original postage, but not return postage).
Loss or Damage - All items are despatched in excellent condition, if lost or damaged in the post, I will try to rectify the matter to your satisfaction, by either replacement or full refund including postage costs.
