Store policies & returns policies

Here at loopytoons we understand that sizes & ages given on labels do not always give a true reflection of the size or age they will fit. In order to help you we have provided exact measurements on all listings that are depicted by size or age.

All we ask is that you read the listings, check all measurements and ask any questions before agreeing to buy.

We also understand that it is not always possible to evaluate whether you actually like an item using the photo's provided & as such we offer a 14 days returns policy. All we ask is that you let us know that you wish to return your item within 7 days of receipt.

All returns should be posted to the following address

Loopytoons, 5 Terry Drive, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 9NA.

It is advisable to return your items via recorded delivery so that the item is insured. We are not responsible for any items that go missing during return.

Once your item has been returned we will email you to confirm that we have received the item back safely & we will issue you with a full refund via paypal. The refund will include the innitial postal charge you paid on your item but will not include the return postal charge, this is because the maximum we can refund via paypal is the amount you originally paid.
