Can I amend my order?

Sorry no. Please note once you complete the checkout process, we will not be able to amend or cancel your order.

Can I add notes about my order for you to check before shipping?

Sorry no. If you want to change shipping address, please change it before you make payment as we cannot change the address later. We cannot check your messages on order notes regarding address change or any other information.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

Simply email us using eBay’s Messaging system and we'll get back to you as soon as we can within 24 hours.

What Payment methods do you accept?

Please make payment through PayPal. This is the only method of payment we accept.

When will I be charged?

All of our listings are "Buy It Now" meaning that immediate payment is required. Your PayPal account will be charged immediately.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

You will receive an email from us confirming your purchase and a confirmation email from PayPal when we have received your payment. You will also receive an email once your order has been despatched which will tell you which courier your order was sent with and a tracking for your parcel if applicable.

Will you accept offers on price?

Sorry no. The prices that you see are the prices that will be charged. It is our company policy that prices are non-negotiable.

What is the warranty period on the products?
