Should you wish to return anything you have purchased from london house co, we will happily refund or exchange a product provided it is in FULLY RESALEABLE CONDITION.(exceptions apply see note below)
(This excludes personalised items, hair accessories, cut fabric including ribbon etc, pierced earings or any items posted overseas).PLEASE NOTE - Refunds are not issued if you have simply changed your mind on the item or the colour etc is not as you expected, in these cases an alternative item can be chosen.
Please return the item to us within 14 days or less, in the original packaging including identifying correspondence.
If we find the item has not been returned in resaleable condition then we reserve the right not to refund.
The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, both for the receipt and return (if necessary) of any goods, as this is a direct cost to us. |
