We aim to offer a 5 star service to our customers in all areas:
1. Our items are described and photographed accurately.
2. We offer excellent communication by notifying customers when items are dispatched and uploading a tracking number at the same time as dispatching. We aim to respond to all messages within a few hours and always within 24 hours.
3. We post
every working day and guarantee to post items the same day as paid for (before 2pm). Items purchased after 2pm are sent the next working day.
4. We keep postage costs to a minimum, offering free postage where possible or subsidised prices on other items; our postage is always set below the actual cost to us of sending the item. In the case of exchanges, a postage payment of £3 will be requested to send out a second item.
5. We offer a "no-quibble" Returns' Policy for all genuine returns.
