About Us

We are a small craft supplies business situated in Madeley Heath, near Crewe in Cheshire. Our premises consist of 3000 feet Warehouse space plus offices and we despatch orders from Monday to Friday from this location. Liz's Crafts started as a partnership in 2003 and we then incorporated to a Limited Company in 2006.

We have two online selling locations, our eBay store where we offer products both at fixed price and online auction and our Website www.liz-craft.co.uk.

There are five members in our team: Liz, Glyn, Rachel, Millie and Mary and our aim is to provide the very best care for our customers in terms of quality, value for money and great service.

Of course, sometimes we get it wrong and that case, we encourage our customers to get in touch and let us know of any problems they are experiencing, whether that be with the ordering process, the service or the products themselves; we would much prefer to receive constructive criticism than for our customers to suffer in silence!
