UK
Smaller items are sent with Royal Mail.
Larger items and multiple orders are sent with a secure courier service*. They provide a secure tracked service which requires a signature on delivery. If you can't be at home to receive delivery of your order it may be helpful to make arrangements with your neighbours or provide an alternative delivery address. Otherwise you may have to pick up the parcel from the couriers depot.
* Tracking numbers where a courier is used are automatically added to the order details in your eBay purchase history. You can then track your order by going to the appropriate website. Due to recent problems using YODEL I am now trialing UK MAIL as my chosen courier. Their website address is https://www.ukmail.com/

Europe
I am now willing to dispatch many items within Europe. It may not be possible to ship some of the heavier items and my postage rates will vary depending on the total weight of the items ordered. Please ask for my best postage rates for delivery to a European destination.
Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Faulty Items - Replacements or full refund including customer return postage.
Non faulty items - Unwanted and unsuitable goods can be returned at the customers expense for a full refund. If you are unsure of the suitability of an item it is strongly advised that you take advantage of my free fabric sample service. This saves us all time and money on returns/admin allowing me to continue offering competitive prices where as most companies factor in a return cost to all sale prices.
Items must be returned in the original condition & packaging. Please contact seller prior to returning any item. |
