I offer combined shipping whenever possible. To qualify for this, you need to pay me all at once on one invoice and use the same shipping method. I will send you an invoice as soon as I can. If you know that you will be doing more shopping with me, please just let me know. I won't clutter up your email inbox with several invoices. I will wait until you let me know you are ready.
The DSR’s that eBay allows you to grade us on, are very important to sellers.
The higher our scores, the better discount we get on our seller’s fees.
This allows me to keep my prices as low as I can.

Shipping Time. If you feel your package took too long to get to you, please check the postmark date on the package. If you see that it was mailed from me in a timely manner, please ask your Post Office why it took so long. I mail it out the next business day (sometimes the same day). I feel the Postal system needs to answer to the delays.
Shipping and Handling charges. I charge EXACT shipping based on the Postal System's prices. I do not charge a handling fee or surcharge. I always issue refunds for accidental overcharges.
I describe my items to the best of my ability, so if it isn't quite what you expected, let me know.
Communication. I ALWAYS send out an email using your email address that your payment comes through on. I let you know what day your item shipped, rather or not I gave you a shipping refund and a tracking # link if there is one. If you don't receive an email from me, check your spam folder.
All International sales: A tracking # will be provided for Priority Mail shipments, but at this time the Post Office does not have a tracking # for First Class. I will, however, provide you with your Custom's Declaration #.
Also, all taxes, duties and fees are the buyer's responsibility.
I will mark your item for what it is. I will not say it is a gift, or change the price.
I will mail your item to you with the address that shows up on your invoice. If this is wrong, you need to change it. I will not be held responsible for shipping an item to the wrong address.
Please ask me any questions you might have on an item before you bid or buy. This makes the transaction go much more smoothly.
I will gladly leave you feedback when I receive feedback from you. So many times once a buyer gets their item, they don't take the time to leave feedback. This is very important to us, as sellers.
And please remember, I am human. Sometimes I might make an honest mistake. Please just point it out to me. I will do my best to fix whatever might have happened.
