Grading is losely based on Goldmine standards. As follows

New means still sealed

mint means as good as new

m- or near mint means played once or still in near new condition

vg+ or very good plus means used but in flawless condition

vg or very good means some wear but overall in excellent condition

vg- to g means the item is in very good minus to good condition.  item has some slight defects but in an acceptable condition

two ratings are usually given for items that are used.  the first mark is for the cover and the second mark is for the actual record  example  vg+/m-  this means that the cover is very good + and the record is near mint.

all items are guaranteed and will be accepted as returns within 7 days of receiving the item.  Item has to be returned in the condition it originally was shipped in.
