The ball head uses a standard 3/8 screw
mount, which make it work with all tripods with a 3/8 screw
mount. Also we provide 1/4 mount convertible adapter for

Q: Which Quick release plate fit
my Ball head?
For 0#, 1# & 2# ball heads, the suitable
quick release plate is QR-0, QR-1& QR-2. e.g, KS-1 ball head
works with QR-1 quick release plate.
Q: How to choose a perfect pair
of ball head and tripod?
The first thing to be considered is the
weight of your camera and lens, you would like to choose a
ball head which can load them. Then select a right tripod
that can bear the weight of your photo equipment as well as
the ball head. For Benro products, the most appropriate
combination should be: 0# ball head + 0# or 1# tripod; 1#
ball head + 1# or 2# tripod; 2# ball head + 2#, 3# or 4#
tripod. E.g, Benro KS-2 ball head + C-227 tripod or C-297
tripod.
Q: I was confused about the code
of Benro tripod, is the C-228 the same model as C-258?
Yes they are exactly the same item, Benro
name its tripod in different name system from China and
abroad. In China, the tripod has a name of C-#2#, and the
same item in abroad names C- #5#, however quality is the
same. So do models of M and A series.
Q: What is the n6 means? Is it
better than the tripod without n6?
N6 means the tripod is new produced tripod in
the year of 2006, it does not mean that it is new released
product.
Q: What is the difference between
the Benro KS, KB, and the KJ series Ballhead? How about the
KV series?
From its black anodized aluminum body to its
ellipse ball, the KJ series are designed the same function
system as Arca and Kirk.
KS and KB series are later released products, which are
totally Benro self-designing and producing. The only
difference of KS series and KB series is that their surfaces
are made of different materials. KS series made from carbon
fiber whereas KB series is baking lacquer ball up surface.
KV series are the newest release products, we do not sell
them at present, because of a little fault on its design.
The fault is existed in all Benro KV series products. We
will not sell it until this fault has been solved.
Q: I saw you are selling lots of wireless flash sync trigger, how many models do you own, how to distinguish them?
We currently have 7 different flash trigger units, general they can be separated two kinds by functionality distinction. One kind is designed to work with hot shoe flash (e.g. canon 580ex, Nikon S800), another kind is dedicated for strobe/ studio flash (like flash units on our eBay shop). Here is a table for triggers information; you can search them on our shop by LD code, no matter how item titles appear dissimilar, as long as LD code remains same, it is the same product.

Q: Does the Hot shoe flash
trigger work with my flash?
Our Hot shoe flash trigger is mount by hot
shoe adapter, which can be used on flashes have hot shoe
mount. Please pay attention that to use our hot shoe trigger
on Canon 580EX, 430EX, 550EX flashes, you need to use a pc
cord to connect the receiver and flash rather than the hot
shoe mount.
Q: How can I trigger the Hot Shoe
Sync Adapter?
The Hot Shoe Sync Adapter gets its working
power from the flash attached to it and therefore it is
battery-free. This Hot Shoe Sync Adapter is optical theory
making the master flasher to control remotely the auxiliary
one to flash synchronously without the need of connecting
wires.
Q: Will the transmitter electric
current hurt my camera?
The trigger transmitter allows extreme low
power consumption because its auto-sleep circuits design,
one 23A 12V battery will last at least 10,000 times FM
signal transmit. The triggering electrical current is 0.01
milli ampere only; hence, the transmitter wouldn’t make any
hurt on your camera, we tested it and use it on our DSLR
every day.
Q: Please tell us the operating
distance about your flashgun trigger/radio trigger/FM
trigger.
The outdoor operating distance is 15~30M; the
indoor operating distance is >10M.

receiver? How can I do that?
The additional receiver price is listed in
every trigger unit auction. To order an extra receiver you
only need to add the price to the total price of trigger kit
when pay, and leave a note regarding the paid an extra
receiver. We will send the trigger kit and extra receiver
together in one parcel without additional postage charge.
Q: How to test the triggers if it
does not work well?
First, please change batteries for receivers,
pay attention to the direction when put batteries in the
magazine.
Second, please make sure the connection between the
transmitter and camera, receiver and flash/lamp is tight
enough, any loose may cause trigger does not work.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is a problem
about the trigger.
Q: What is the material of your
Cokin substitute filter?
Our color filters are made of Plexiglas, they
are advised as the best for expensive while fragile Cokin
filter.
Q: How can I set color filter
with my lens?
To use color filter with your lens, a filter
holder and a ring adapter are necessary. Your need to screw
the ring adapter in the front of your lens, and mount the
holder on ring adapter, the last step is set the color
filter into holder. We have ring adapter & filter holder kit
for sale in our eBay store.

The filter/ring adapter should be the same
size as the filter size of your lens.

To use any remote control, please make sure

I use remote cord?
Yes, the remote cord replicating all
functions of the camera's shutter release button. Half press
to auto-focus, lock it to make long exposure, it is Handy
