The purchase of these goods can be cancelled by the buyer within 14 working days of the buyer receiving the goods. Please notify us prior to returning goods for refund. Goods should then be returned to us within 30 days following our acknowledgment of your request to return them. All goods are returned at the buyer's cost, but in the case of incorrect, damaged or defective goods, the buyer's return- postage will be refunded, as will the initial postage charged to the buyer at the time of purchase. Any goods returned must be adequately packed and protected and reach us in good condition. (We accept that goods reported damaged will not be in good condition when we receive them). If you receive damaged goods please notify us immediately so that the necessary claims can be processed.

If you are buying mixed products in a single transaction and would like us to combine the postage, follow the 'Buy it Now' procedure for each product. When you have finished shopping, proceed to Checkout but DON'T SEND PAYMENT YET. Click on the link 'ask seller for the total', which will alert us to purchases that are eligible for combined postage. (For more details we recommend reading CHECKOUT TUTORIAL FOR BUYERS in eBay Help). We usually respond to this within 24 hours, but sometimes longer during weekends and holiday periods. Our postage & packing charges include insurance and we obtain a Proof of Posting / Proof of Despatch for each parcel we send out. If you are outside the UK and you are interested in our products but the listing states despatch to UK only, please enquire as to whether we will ship overseas. Our shipping policy may have changed since the products were listed. Generally, we can only send up to 2kg per parcel (including packaging) via Airmail or Surface Mail.
