Payment

  • We accept payment by PayPal only.

  • By PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address.

  • Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal need to allow at least 10 working days to clear, Your item will be dispatched within one working day once payment is cleared.

International Shipping

Shipment will be sent via Registered Air Mail with tracking number. Payment must received within 7 days.   All items are in stock and are dispatched within 24-48 hours of payment. Items purchased on weekends or Holidays are dispatched the following working day.

  • For the United States, United Kingdom and Australia,
        it usually takes 7 to 14 business days to arrive 
                                                               
  • For Canada, countries in Asia and other European countries,
        it usually takes 7 to 14 business days to arrive 
                                                   
  • For France, Italy, Germany, South Africa and South America,
        it usually takes 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.

Import duties, taxes and other charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be.

Return Policy

Only defective product will be offered exchange or store credit within 30 days after purchase.  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  Customers will be responsible for return shipment.  It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product.
