| HID Conversion Kits and Installation |
|

|
Driving is hard
-- the constant bumps, uneven surfaces, dark roads and difficult terrain can
make any driving enthusiast squirm on his/her seat. Although most drivers
recommend buying HID conversion kits to upgrade your vehicle's appearance.
Most of them observe that the HID lights can cut easily through snags and
dark corners that most drivers encounter on the road. Simply, HID lights add
more protection for the treacherous roads we encounter while travelling by
improving visibility. Clarity is key to driving at night. Protect yourself,
your loved ones and your vehicle by upgrading to HID's! |
1) Sharper Contrast for Clearer Details
The human eye responds well to HID lights. The iris expands when light is
bright and contracts when light is dim, opening and closing the pupil to
control the amount of light that reaches the retina. In addition to
regulating brightness, this mechanism affects "depth of field" - the range
within images appear clear. HID Lighting creates sharper contrast. Lights
are lighter, darks are darker, and objects in your environment are sharply
defined.

2) Full Spectrum Light for Truer
Colours
The HID lights natural full spectrum of light makes colours come
alive at night with clarity of detail, making hid conversion systems
perfect for everyone in any environment. |
3) Brighter and Whiter for a Natural Look
The wavelengths of light are measured in microscopic
increments called nanometers. (A nanometer is one-billionth of a meter!)
The wavelengths of natural light range from 400 nanometers (blue-violet
light) to 700 nanometers (red-light). It takes this full spectrum to
emit a light output containing all colours - HID Lights that the human
eye perceives as "White." HID lights replicate the full colour spectrum
of wavelengths that exist in natural daylight, with adjustments for the
colour shift that takes place when "natural" light is viewed at night.
That's why HID lighting is so much brighter and whiter than traditional
lighting |

4) Longer Lasting and Energy Efficient
If you are tired of constantly changing bulbs, these HID
bulbs last up to 7 times longer than an ordinary halogen bulb.
HID lights are not only better for your eyes, they are energy efficient.
Using a 35 watt hid bulb, you'll get the equivalent of a 175 watt
halogen bulb. That's an 80% increase in efficiency - Per HID Bulb!

5) UK Law Regarding HIDs
HIDs sold in the
UK are for off road use only. It is not road legal to have aftermarket HID
kits fitted into reflector headlamps. Any UK seller that claims their HID
kits are road legal are breaking uk selling laws. To be road legal, HID kits
must be fitted into projector headlamps, have auto levellers and lens
washers. |
