Question: When will my Goods be delivered?

We stock 99% of our products and we will despatch nearly all goods either the same day of cleared payment or the following day at the latest.

Some larger items such as pool tables and certain games tables will have a longer delivery time. This is because certain tables are manufactured to order. We will inform you in the listings of delivery times.

We will always keep in close contact to ensure that the delivery of large items will arrive at a convenient and satisfactory time. Where possible we will forward tracking numbers.

Postage and Packaging Costs?

The vast majority of our listings have free postage and packaging. All our goods are securely and professionally packed. We would rather spend that little extra on packaging to ensure you receive your goods in one piece than have to replace a damaged item.

If you buy several items that have a postal cost we are more than happy to combine postage to save you even more money. Once you have completed your purchases, just click on the “Request total from seller” button and we will send you a new invoice with combined shipping total.

Price Match?

We pride ourselves on offering the finest service and the best possible prices on our extensive range of products. We are confident that we are usually cheaper than our competitors and we regularly compare and check other seller’s prices. If you do find a like for like product cheaper elsewhere please let us know and we will do our best to beat it.

Question: Will the games table be installed by us?

All our tables are delivered securely to your door but not installed by us. Most of the tables are straight forward to assemble and come with good instructions.

Please note the weight and dimensions of the games table and have adequate people on hand to help with installation.

All our slate bed pool tables can be professionally installed by independent fitters at additional costs. We would always recommend this with slate bed pool tables as they are extremely heavy items and should ideally be handled by professionals. On saying that the tables are not that difficult to set up but it is recommended that you have between two and four strong people on hand at delivery stage to help with installation.

We will be more than happy to provide any advice or guidance required on installing your table.
