| A:We accept Paypal and Credit Cards - Payment by Credit Card is done by calling our Office on 01793 611134 (Floor Limit is £6.00). Please do not select Credit Card Option if you cannot call us.

| Q:How long will it take to get my item? |

Usually it is quick - UK in 2/3 days but there may be delays based on your location.
Europe is usually 6-9 days maximum. Remember we post every day and have delivered to France in 2 days but this is not usual.

| Q:How much does it cost to post to my country? |

| A:We show prices for France, Germany and Ireland but prices to Europe for parcels under 2kg are the Same.
For Example to Sweden/Greece/Italy or Spain the price is the same as that of France. |
| Q:Delivery Times |

| A:We aim to dispatch quickly and will send an email when we do so. Please allow a minimum of 4-6 days to UK and 7-10 days to Europe.
Goods are sent as fast as possible - we are Buyers too! Please understand this before emailing. |
| Q:What is the returns policy? |

| A:We are happy to take returns on items that have not been used or washed - the same condition that you recieved them
All tags and packaging must be intact and not damaged in any way.
The return must take place no more that 14 days after reciept.
Please enclose original paperwork which has our return address.
Damaged Goods will be returned. |
| Q:Do you offer international postage? |

| A:Yes we can post Internationally to most Countries.
European Countries are shipped by Airmail.
If there is not a postage charge to your country please request a total. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Certainly! A Box will send for only £6.95 - European Shipping is available for larger orders which is priced on zones. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We try to send quickly - See our Feedback, but please contact us if you feel you have an issue. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Its dependant on weight but usually a maximum of £6.95 to mainland UK and £26 to Europe, Ireland and France are £14.10 |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:No problem - as long as you have 10 or more Feedback and the order weighs under 2kg (Rest of the World only) |
