1. Money back guarantee (including postage) if the item is not as described & advertised.
2. Direct replacement (including postage) if the item arrives damaged.
3. Money back guarantee (excluding postage) If you simply change your mind or order the wrong size and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
4. A replacement or credit will be offered for made to meausure items only.
5. Items returned without original receipt from buyers will be given a credit note to spend with us.
6. We will request a postage charge for all exchanges for changes in size.
In all cases:

8. AFTER contacting us, send the item back to us in its original condition with all item packaging.
9. Any Refunds given will be credited when the item(s) are received back safely.
10. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order sent from either ourselves of direct from the manufacturer.
11. A 10% restocking fee is charged for all exchanges and refunds that have free postage and packaging charges.
12. All returned goods must be in a perfect condition wih packagaing.
13. All made to measaure items will be exchanged if there is a problem. No refunds will be given but a replacement will be sent to you.
14. We cannot accept size changes after 45 days from the original order date.
15. Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 no return postage costs will be paid by the seller for the return of goods. The buyer is responsible for this return shipping cost.
CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS
PLEASE NOTE - The order form must be returned to us within 14 days as production time will have been booked, and we need to ensure your order is placed within the allotted time. We are charged extra for orders not submitted within this time. A fee of £10.00 is charged for wasted cutting table time.
Please submit the details as fully as you can so we can process the order. Any areas left out will delay the order as we will have to come back to you for more details. All information must be on the one order form as the form attached is the order form that is submitted for manufacture. Please check it carefully to ensure all details are correct, as once we have received your order form you cannot change your mind.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT MEASUREMENTS SENT TO US VIA EMAIL. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT COMPLETED ORDER FORMS SENT BACK TO US AS ATTACHMENTS TO EMAILS, OR ORDER FORMS SENT BACK TO US IN THE POST.
Please ensure someone is available to receive delivery of your order.
Duty may be required to be paid. This is the buyers responsibility to ensure it is paid. Failure to pay such charges will result in non delivery and the destruction of your order.
RETURNING A MADE TO MEASURE ITEM FOR A REPLACEMENT - If you are returning an item to us to have a replacement made for what ever reason, you must return it to us as soon as possible. The delay of returning an item to us is at your own risk.
From the day your order is placed, we have 90 days in total to complete the order. Your order must be delivered within this period. If for any reason this expires, charges for further manufacturing times are required to be paid a fee of £30.00 for orders not returned within 90 days and then £2.50 per day after this time. This is due to our contracts to keep quality very high and for us to pass reductions to you our customer. After 90 days, we cannot accept an item being returned to us for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
However, if your item becomes faulty after 90 days, please contact us and we will discuss all available options with you.
Once you have received your item, if you need a replacement garment because it has been made incorrectly and does not fit correctly, you MUST return the item to us. We will then check it against the measurements you originally supplied. If it matches your original order, and you still would like the replacement, you will need to retake your measurements again and you will also need to pay an additional charge for the replacement item of £65.00 GBP.
If however you do not want to return the original item to us and wish to keep it, and you would still like a replacement, again you will need to retake your measurements but the additional charge for the replacement item will be the same as the full price you originally paid.
If the item has been found to have been made incorrectly with the wrong sizes, we will of course order a replacement item for you immediately, and there will be no charge for this as it will have been caused by a manufacturing error.
Please note if you require us to send back a garment that you have returned to us courier or postal charges do apply for this.
IN ALL CASES FOR REPLACEMENT ITEMS - We cannot make adjustments to the sizes that you originally supplied to us, or the types of leather used when requesting a replacement item. This is why you MUST check your measurements are entirely correct when completing your original order form.
