Shipping

We shall send your parcel to the address which is on your eBay account. Please ensure that this address reflects your choice of delivery location. We are unable to change your delivery address once you have paid for your order. We are also unable to change your item (ie, different colour/size). To change your item once you have paid for your order you will have to wait to receive the item then return it for an exchange.

We despatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving the order. If you pay for Next Day delivery on a Friday, it will not be delivered until Monday.

For our international customers, please note that we are not responsible for paying any Import Duties that may apply.

Returns

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it's in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. We'll refund the original postage cost on orders if they're returned to us within 7 days of receipt. If an order is returned to us after 7 days from receipt, then we'll refund the original postage cost only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect. The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

For all Returns, please fill in a Returns Form which is attached to the bottom of your Delivery Note. Without a Returns Form we will not be able to process your Refund/Exchange.
