COMBINED SHIPPING POLICY Buyer pays highest shipping rate in full, then only 50% of full shipping cost for each additional eligible item. All items must be paid in one payment to be eligible for combined shipping discount. Free Shipping Items are not eligible for combined shipping discount. On some occasions, PayPal checkout may not combine shipping properly. If this happens, please use the REQUEST TOTAL link to ask for a combined shipping invoice. Also, we will always refund any excess shipping fees if combined shipping is not applied properly.
- Example: You purchase 3 items, one item has $3.00 shipping cost, one item has $4.00 shipping cost and one item has $2.00 shipping cost. Combined shipping is calculated as follows:
$4.00 (highest shipping cost) + $1.50 (50% of $3.00) + $1.00 (50% of $2.00) = $6.50 Combined Shipping
CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES, DUTIES & HANDLING FEES Customs fees, taxes, duties & local handling fees may be levied by the buyer's country. We don't have control or knowledge of the amount of these fees, or if your package will be subject to such fees, and under no circumstances are they included in the shipping & handling charges paid to Laurie's eBoutique. By payment of our invoice, buyer acknowledges and assumes all responsibility for any additional customs fees, duties or local handling/courier fees. We mark all customs declarations as MERCHANDISE with the value of your item(s) based on the total amount of the winning bid(s) or purchase(s). We cannot honor requests to falsify customs declarations by reducing the package value or have the package marked as GIFT, as this practice is illegal and strictly against ebay policy. Any buyer that is unwilling to take responsibility for customs fees, duties or local handling fees may cancel a transaction without penalty any time before shipment and should contact us immediately to make this request. Transactions cannot be canceled after shipment has been made. The potential for these fees in noted in each item description, plus all e-mails relating to the transaction, including: Winning Buyer Notification, Payment Received Notification, and Shipping Notification.
SPECIAL SHIPMENT REQUESTS As a rule, if the buyer pays for multiple items together in one payment, they will be shipped together in one shipment. If you would like your items shipped separately for any reason, please pay for the items separately. Items shipped separately are not eligible for combined shipping discount.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME Most shipments are made 1 business day after cleared payment; however, please allow up to 3 business days after cleared payment for shipment. Shipments are made via First Class Mail or Priority Mail only, depending on weight. We want your package to arrive in a timely manner, and do not use Parcel Post under any circumstances. Please allow sufficient time for your package to arrive.
- For US domestic shipments some packages can take 7-10 days for transit and delivery, depending on the level of service and your location
- For international shipments some packages can take 30 days or longer for transit, customs processing and delivery, depending on the level of service and your location.
Expedited services are available on request. Please understand that US debit card and e-check payments through Paypal take 4-5 business days to clear and International debit card and e-check payments even longer. We cannot ship your package until payment clears.
SHIPPING & HANDLING We do our best to keep shipping & handling rates as low as possible. Please remember that in addition to postage, our costs to send your package include: Paypal fees on shipping cost, paper, tape, ink, mailers, boxes, and bubble wrap -- plus, time & travel to prepare your package and deliver it to the post office for mailing. For international shipments, please understand that shipping to many countries outside the US can be quite expensive, especially for heavy packages. We also subscribe to an international postage service for a monthly fee. We appreciate your understanding of these costs.
RETURN POLICY Due to the nature of our products, only new unopened, untested, unused items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to shipping damage or a shipping error. No refunds will be given for used items. Please contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback. We'll do our best to resolve any issue. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.
