 | Q: How does your MyStoreRewards Program Work? |

 | A: MyStoreRewards is our rebate rewards program. Every buyer is sent an invitation to join after completing payment via PayPal. If you join, you will receive 1% cash back on your first purchase, sent to your PayPal account approx. 72 hours after payment. Future orders receive 2% cash back. It is not a discount program, no coupon code required. |

 | A: The Post Office only requires scans of delivery confirmation packages when delivered. Sometimes information is available while your order is in transit, but often it is not. If you received a delivery confirmation number, your order is in transit. On occasion there are weather delays or postal errors beyond control can that affect delivery time. |
