We accept Paypal, credit card direct, cheques in GBP or US dollars, travellers cheques or cash. Payment must be received within 10 days of the close of auction, absent a prior agreement between Laurelle and the buyer.

We have taken every reasonable precaution to secure your credit card transaction. You may complete your transaction with us directly through any method listed above.  We apply no additional fee for Paypal transactions.

We welcome layaway purchases, within the following parameters:  a 20% deposit must be submitted within 5 days of agreement between Laurelle and the buyer, to be followed by 6 equally apportioned monthly installments.  If goods purchased on layaway are later returned, or , in the meantime, the customer changes their mind, a 20% restocking administration fee is applicable.

 

 

Laurelle provides worldwide delivery, with the exception of Indonesia. 

Your merchandise will ship upon clearance of your payment, Monday – Friday.

POSTAGE IS FREE WITH INSURANCE.

£50.00 will be charged for FedEx shipment to any destination other than New Zealand and Australia, which require a £70.00 FedEx fee.

 

  Returns Policy

 

We are committed to customer satisfaction: if your merchandise fails to match the description provided by Laurelle or you're not happy with the item, you may notify us by e-mail or other written correspondence within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. In this specific circumstance, Laurelle will fully refund the purchase price within 5 days of receipt of returned goods.

 

**to establish a “failure to match,” the buyer must submit the written opinion of a licensed jeweler.

Sizing, substitution, or tampering with merchandise will completely void the refund offer.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Laurelle provides free, independent valuation of our merchandise. Should you wish to select your own jeweller to provide this service, please note that you will incur a fee and that Laurelle has no responsibility for any fee so incurred.

Unless otherwise stated, any colour assesments attributed to diamonds and coloured gemstones are necessarily determined without disturbing the integrity of the piece; therefore, assessments represent close approximations, due to limitations imposed by the mount.

Laurelle does not participate in any escrow services, nor do we ship to Indonesia.

Laurelle employs all available security measures to identify fraudulent transactions and cooperates fully with national and international law enforcement to insure the arrest and prosecution of those engaged in fraud.
