Which Laura Ashley products are available in the eBay store?
Our eBay store gives you the opportunity to enjoy the fantastic offer of 50% off a selection of our sofas, armchairs, mirrors, cabinet furniture, and beds. These products are available through the Laura Ashley eBay store due to cancelled or returned orders. There are two levels of product quality available. 1st quality items are those in perfect condition and 2nd quality items are those which have imperfections or defects. We make every effort to ensure our photographs and product details give as much information about the product as possible and all imperfections will be clearly described in the product listing, however if you have any further questions please contact our eBay team.

When you arrive at the warehouse you will be asked to inspect your purchase and sign a Collection Confirmation Document to agree the item is as you expected. If you are using a 3rd party courier please be aware that they will be responsible for signing this on your behalf. Once your order has left the warehouse we can no longer be held accountable for any damage.

Please note: We advise customers to exercise caution if sending a mirror, or mirrored furniture via courier. Some goods may not be in their original packaging, and although we ensure that goods are well packaged, we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred once the goods have left the Laura Ashley eBay store.

Once collected by you or your appointed representative, orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless confirmed defective by a Laura Ashley appointed inspector.

We accept payment via PayPal allowing you to shop in confidence due to eBay Buyer Protection. For more information click here.

Please pay for your order within 7 days of purchase. You will be sent an email reminder after 3 days. If you haven't completed your payment within 7 days of purchase we will open an unpaid Item dispute (UPI). You will then have a further 7 days to make your payment, if no payment is made during this time you will receive a strike when the sale is cancelled and the item is re-listed. If you have any problems with PayPal, please contact our eBay Team.

What currency may I use when making a purchase through the Laura Ashley eBay Store?

I clicked 'Buy It Now' but forgot to complete my payment, what should I do now?
If you clicked 'Buy It Now' then you will have received a confirmation email from eBay. Please pay for your order within 7 days of purchase. You will be sent an email reminder after 3 days. Can I cancel my order?
