Returns

We offer a seven day return policy for items found to be faulty on arrival or not according to our listing. We shall replace the item or provide a refund if a replacement is not available.

In all cases, you will be responsible for safe return of the item with all original packaging in the same condition it was despatched. The postage costs are non refundable. We advise you to use recorded delivery or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced as parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be dealt with.

Please inform us of any problems within 48 hours of receipt of your item using the eBay resolution centre. A return address is provided as part of this process.

To prevent fraud, all our products are security marked and the serial number is recorded before we dispatch the item.

Kindly include your eBay id, item number and delivery address with the package when returning the item.
