Payment

Q - How do I pay?

A - For speed and simplicity we recommend payment through PayPal. All credit/debit card transactions are via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to set one up please click here.

PayPal is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay. As soon as you win your item, we will email you with all of the details of the item(s) you have won. All payments must be made within SEVEN days of winning your item.

We accept cheques and postal orders, please allow up to 7 days to clear.


Delivery

Q: Who will deliver my product?

A: We use a secure courier service to make sure your item reaches you safe and sound. A signature is always required on delivery, so you can order with confidence.


Q: How long will it take to deliver?

A: Once funds have cleared, your item is posted within 12 hours (sometimes items are posted the same day of funds clearing) usually for next-day delivery.


Q: Where do you deliver to?

A: We deliver to the UK only. Shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur an additional shipping charge. We do not deliver to BFPO addresses.


Q: How much is the shipping and handling charge?

A: Shipping and handling charges are stated on every auction.


Q: Do you deliver to a different address than on my PayPal account?

A: To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address.


Q: What happens if I am out when my order is delivered?

A: If you are out when delivery is attempted the couriers should leave a card for you detailing the whereabouts of your parcel.


Q: How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

A: As soon as your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email to let you know.


Q: Can I amend my delivery address once I have paid for my item?

A: Once all items have been paid for and cleared through the PayPal security system, we are unable to make any changes to the address that has been selected for shipping.

Q: Will I receive confirmation of my order?

A: Yes, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, which will provide full details of your order. You will also receive a confirmation that we have received your payment from PayPal.


Q: The auction hasn't ended yet. Can I buy them now or make an offer?


A: If an item is in an auction, we’re unable to end it before it’s due to finish. If you want to make an offer, simply bid on the item you like! If you’re lucky, yours will be the winning bid! If you’re in a hurry and you know how much you want to spend, check out our Buy It Now listings.


Q: Do you leave feedback?

A: We leave feedback for every successful completed paid sale, This point is usually when feedback has been left to indicate that the item has been received and is suitable.

Q: What happens if I receive the wrong product?

A: We will endeavour not to send you the wrong product but sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive the wrong product email us via eBay and we will refund or exchange your product once we have received the incorrect product.

Q: What do you mean by graded?


A: Our definition of graded is:

• The outer packaging is damaged
• The product has been removed from the packaging but has not been used
• Item with some slight scratching or grazing on the product


Q: How much damage may there be to the product I want to buy?

A: The majority of the products sold in our store are from a major high street store in the UK and are classed as graded. This means that the product is either an ex-display item, unwanted return or failed delivery so whilst in perfect working order in some cases they may have minimal signs of use or cosmetic blemish.

One thing is guaranteed – item is in 100% working order representing fantastic value.
