Delivery

We aim to pack and dispatch all our items within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday). A signature is required on delivery. Items won over the weekend will usually be dispatched on Monday.

The delivery is usually next-day delivery after payment has cleared.

All our products are shipped from the United Kingdom and, at this time, we only deliver to the United Kingdom.

If nobody is around when the order is being delivered, please do not worry. The courier will leave a card that will inform you that the delivery has been attempted and also the instructions to re-arrange the delivery.

If the product delivered or received is a faulty/damaged/wrong item, then please read our returns policy.
