Although my eBay listings will be available across the Easter weekend, my physical offices will close at 1730 on Thursday 2nd April and re-open at 0800 Tuesday 7th April. Any messages you leave for me will be stored on the eBay system and will be dealt with upon my return.
The last dispatch day for items before the holiday weekend is Thursday 2nd April. To qualify for dispatch on Thursday your items will need to be paid for before 0930 Thursday morning (including any Special Delivery Guaranteed service items). After that, the next dispatch opportunity is Tuesday 7th April, with the first opportunity for delivery after that being Wednesday the 8th April.
Royal Mail deliver all my orders. Full details of their Easter delivery schedule is available on their website. There are no deliveries on Good Friday (except in Scotland) or on Easter Monday. There may be deliveries on Saturday, depending upon your local service and the postage option you choose. Normal Royal Mail service resumes on Tuesday 7th April.
What does all this mean? Items I dispatch into Royal Mail on Thursday 2nd April will probably be delivered on or after Tuesday 7th April. They may be delivered on Easter Saturday if your local service permits. Items I dispatch into Royal Mail on Tuesday 7th April will probably be delivered on or after Wednesday 8th April.
Please do not rely on the delivery estimates that eBay add to my listings as they cannot guarantee delivery (they don't deliver themselves) and their estimates do not necessarily represent the Easter delivery situation for all parts of the UK.
