1: Does it work ?
All items are tested by me or supplied to me as working (unless stated as faulty, untested or spares/repair) and carry a 7 day RTB warranty. In the event the item is faulty, it will need to be returned. I am unable to refund return postage costs.
2: Can postage be combined? (Ammendment from 15/06/09)
Note: As from 15/06/09 and the introduction of compulsory "free" UK postage:
As the buyer is aware the Royal Mail do not offer free postage, it has now been included in the purchase price. Any items offering this suppposed "free" postage are no longer eligible for any reduction in costs
3: Have you got ???
If it is not listed then I do not have it.
4: Will it fit my laptop?
All items are listed with the model of laptop the part was removed from and any others it is known to fit. Ultimately it is the buyers responsibility to ensure compatability
5: My item has not arrived yet.
I generally post quicky, but allow 3 working days before dispatch. First class generally takes 1 - 2 working days and STD parcels 3 - 5, this is dependant on the speed of the Post Office. You need to be realistic in your expectations of delivery times.
6: Will I take an offer?
No.
7: Can I collect?
Sorry collection is not possible.
8: I am having problems with my PayPal account
If you are having difficulties, let me know as I can take a UK postal order instead. I am unable to accept any other method of payment. For non UK buyers I can only accept Paypal
9: Contact via email.
All enquiries need to be made via Ebay, emails sent directly go to an unmonitored email address and remain unread.
10: What condition is it in?
All items are in used condition and will be as described and any major defects noted, it is not possible to quantify cosmetic condition and becomes a matter of opinion.
