Need to return - No Problem. Simply advise me of the problem and return to me within 7 days and I will refund on return. NON-RECEIPT of items. All Items are posted via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If you do not receive your item then please contact me and I will investigate the problem and notify you of the situation. Due to Royal Mail's Policy on Refunds I cannot make a claim until the item has been missing for 15 working days. Once these 15 WORKING days have lapsed I will give you a FULL REFUND or replacement item. ON BUYING ANY ITEM YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS OF TRADING.
