   PAYMENT POLICY

  • we prefer PayPal payment. (Confirmed address and Verified accounts only)

  • We do accept Visa, Master Card, PayPal and Company Checks for repeat order customer.

  • We dont accept International Credit Card, International MO checks.

   RETURN POLICY

  • Any other returns except DOA(Damaged on Arrival) or functional problem will be subject to be accountable for 30% restocking fee.

  • In case of you found problem with our product, you have to get RMA # from us first,within 30 days of your receive items. After 30 days, all manufacturer's warranty will be applied.

  • We will also send you order cancellation request when we issue RMA #. (Please accept upon receipt request)

  • We dont accept any return without RMA number provided by us prior to return.

  • Return postage is on Buyer.

  • In case of refund after product return, original shipping and handling charge is non refundable.

  • When you make return, product must be in original condition. In original shipping box, well sealed and protected.

  • If we found the returns is damaged during return tranportation, we may hold further credit process.

  • Any other returns except DOA or functional problem not returned in " like new condition" including missing original box, packaging material, contents accessories or manuals are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

 
   SHIPMENT POLICY

  • We do ship to Confirmed and Verified Paypal address.

  • All order will be shipped within 24 hours on normal working day.

  • In case of USPS Priority mail, it will take 2-3 days and First class mail, 3-5 days. Or UPS 3-5 days. But there can be delayed by the carrier in some rare case.

  • We send shipping notification with tracking number every time we ship out the product. Please check your email after your purchase for delivery information.

  • We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Purto Rico(Prefer P.O Box).

  • For other country than Canada,UK and Australia, please contact us as it depends on each product.

  • We may refuse to ship out the order, if address provided is not valid in our labeling system.
