We only ship to the UK on Ebay items listed on Ebay.co.uk
We have a section in our shop for INTERNATIONAL BUYERS and items that we have listed on Ebay.com are for sale & delivery internationally.
Most items will be dispatched on the day you pay for it up until around our 2pm cut off point or unless stated on the listing as its an order in item.
ECONOMY & EXPRESS DELIVERY
If you opt for ECONOMY delivery the item will be sent via Royal Mail
If you opt for EXPRESS delivery the item will be sent by Interlink Express or Parcel Force.
Some items are also sent by courier due to the weight & value of the item.
For items sent by Courier or Signed for Royal Mail they are trackable online and will require a signature
Please only order items that you are able to take delivery of.
Items returned to us for NON COLLECTION will not be resent unless you pay for postage for item to be sent back to you.
We are always happy to combine postage on multiple purchases, as long as we are given the opportunity to combine postage before payment is made.
If you buy multiple items please REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER
We will send you a revised invoice based on weight & size of item
We promise to NEVER KNOWINGLY OVERCHARGE ON POSTAGE COSTS, but please note due to the volume of sales we have we are unable to go back and do refunds on overpayments on postage paid.
The prices quoted are to MAINLAND UK ONLY some Scottish Postcodes carry a surcharge as does Highland, Ireland, Isles & Isle of Wight.
Whilst we appreciate it can be expensive we DO NOT choose the surcharge postcodes the courier does, and we understand that its only 5 miles from land but the couriers charge if they have to deliver over water.
If we can send the item by Royal Mail to avoid a surcharge we will but on the odd occasion the parcel is too BIG or HEAVY to be sent by Royal Mail we will have ask for the surcharge to be paid.
If an item is bought from outside Mainland UK, we will email you for the extra postage cost, if you are not happy to pay the surcharge we will cancel the transaction.

Any FREE POST item listings are free post to MAINLAND UK ONLY
BROKEN & DAMAGED IN TRANSIT ITEMS
We take pride in how we wrap our parcels as we are aware some of our Decorative lighting can be delicate and fragile, in the unlikely event of an item arriving broken or damaged we ask that is is reported within 48 HOURS.
We will accept photographic evidence to our email address - lakesreturns@btinternet.com once we have received it we will make the necessary arrangements to have the item replaced, or if we feel more appropriate the damaged part replaced.
If it is not in stock we will contact suppliers and give you an estimated delivery time.
FAULTY ITEMS
Items that arrive faulty will need to be reported within 7 Working days from receipt of the item and will need to be reported to our email address - lakesreturns@btinternet.com
UNWANTED & RETURNS
We will accept returns on items in accordance with Ebay Rules, Trading Standards & the Distance Selling Regulations.
The return must be made within 14 WORKING DAYS after receipt of delivery of item.
The item must be in PERFECT saleable condition, if the item is not sent back to us in this way the return will be REFUSED and you will need to collect the item at your expense.
We reserve the right to offer a partial refund if the item is not in PERFECT condition
It is your responsibility to re-pack the item carefully and send it back to us.
We will not be held responsible for any items going astray or missing in the post, so it is in your interest to make sure the items get here safely.
We WILL NOT PAY the costs of returning the unwanted item / items to us.
We will REFUND you via the payment method you purchased the item in, If you made payment via debit / credit card we will need to contact you as we do not hold card details for sales for more than 48 Hours.
Items that develop a fault within the 12 month period please contact us on our email address -
