What is the condition of your stock?

All our stock sold on this site is brand new.

 

Why are your prices so low?

We import most of the items ourselves and usually sell to trade. We do not run shops and all our items are stored in a warehouse. This allows us to keep overheads low and pass on these savings to you. We believe in high turnover. Yes we could raise our prices and sell less but what's the benefit for you, our customer? Our aim is for you to receive your goods and be over the moon with what you have received for the money you have paid and we have every confidence this will be the case.

 

Delivery Charges

Items delivered within the UK are free though some restrictions apply to highlands and offshore regions - see delivery and charges page.

European delivery will vary country to country - Please check the Euro Postage Table in the listing you are buying from.

 

What happens if I'm out when the courier tries to deliver?

UK couriers are required to leave a calling card for attempted delivery.  The card will provide details and instructions for you to follow.

 

What happens if an item I've ordered is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock we endeavour to make contact offering a suitable alternative. If contact cannot be made, the out of stock item will be detailed on your despatch documentation. If there is a further delay to your order we will send a letter to the billing address detailing the date that the out of stock items will be due in. Where orders contain some items that are in stock and others that are not in stock we may part ship the order with the items that are available. The out of stock items will be shipped at no extra cost to the customer when they are available or if unavailable a refund will be given.

 

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.  We will not refund or exchange any claim made after 48hrs.  In the event that we have sent an item that does not work or has missing parts not stated in the listing we will send replacement or parts. If the item cannot be replaced we will refund the cost.

 

Do you provide a returns policy?

Yes, we have a 30 day money back guarantee.  Any unwanted item can be returned to us within 30 days in the same condition with all packaging but the buyer will be responsible for return postage a 10% restocking charge. See our Returns page for full details.

 

Is there discount for bulk purchases?

Yes. we can provide discounts for bulk purchases. We also offer other options for traders so if you are interested please get in touch for further details.

 

Do you have a shop\Can we collect?

No, we don't have a shop.  All our items are in storage which helps us keep our costs down and prices low.  You can collect items from us but there is a £5 handling fee (charges detailed below) and collections are available on Saturdays between 9-11am only and we need 24hrs prior notice.  We charge the handling fee as we do not have insurance for general public in the warehouse. Therefore to accommodate those who wish to collect we have to pick and collect the items purchased and have put a 2 hour slot aside for people to collect.

 

Are you VAT registered?

Yes, and if you require a VAT receipt let us know.  All our prices include VAT.

 

How can i pay?

You will receive an automated email via ebay as soon as you make a purchase from us.  This provides you with all the necessary details on how to pay using any of the preferred payment methods we offer.

We take Paypal, Credit Card, BACS.

 

I have sent you a message and not had any response?

Please bear in mind we are a family business and do not have big teams to answer phones.  We respond to every email (around 200 a day).  Some people have SPAM filters that reject our messages so please bear that in mind.  If we do miss an email it will be a genuine mistake.

Do you provide a Warranty?

Yes, we provide a 2 Year Warranty on all items we import ourselves, some items we don't will have a 1 Year Warranty but this will be stated in the listing.  The warranty is provide by ourselves and we do not pass it onto a third party.  No one comes close to us on after sales care.

 

What if I bid and dont pay for an item?

You will receive an unpaid item strike so that we can get our fees returned from ebay.  We have heard every excuse for not paying but the fact is simple, ebay is an auction site not a shop!  If you do not intend to purchase the item don't bid or cancel your bid.  It wastes so much time and prevents people who actually did want the item from getting it.
