Evri advised delivery would be Friday. Waited. Email at 1945 said delivery would be 1930-2030. Email at 1954 said it would be next day.
Sat email at 0823 said delivery would be 1930-2030, next email at 1052 said between 1100 and 1200. Arrived at 1106.
Driver did not ring bell/knock, left package in view of street. packaging damaged. Drier seems ok.

You really only learn how great a seller is when things go wrong!
On this front I cannot fault this seller. The item arrived damaged (by the courier). I contacted them over a weekend and they replied almost straight away. They arranged the return and refund.
I was so impressed that I was more than happy to buy a replacement through them!

My only slight frustration was that the item couldn’t just be replaced and I had to buy a new one whilst I waited for the return / refund of the 1st one - probably quicker and guaranteed that I still got one to be honest! A good service from Lakeland but not so good on the delivery experience the airer came on time but the cover and other items for some reason was delivered to wrong address and left in the garden when I recieved my parcel this morning the box was wet through I think whoever delivered it just couldn't be bothered to look for the right address and just dumped it anywhere very disappointing the delivery van number was 78 for that reason I'm giving Lakeland 5 stars and the delivery service a big 0
