Canadian and International orders for over $40 will ship "Priority International" which is more expensive than "First Class International" because it is fully trackable and includes insurance.  We suggest International buyers only purchase two or three auctions at a time unless you are willing to pay the higher shipping rate.

Combined Shipping
WE DO COMBINE SHIPPING. To receive combined shipping wait for final combined invoice. Our products are from a smoke and pet free environment. We ship very discreetly. (See Store Policies for details).
  
DISCOUNT AND SHIPPING:

US and Canadian Buyers - Take a $3.00 shipping/handling discount for each auction after the first, "FREE Shipping" items do not apply toward discount.  To take advantage of combined S/H, you must make one payment for all of your auctions.  We will send you a final combined invoice when you are finished shopping. 

International orders of $40.00 or more will ship Priority International which includes tracking and insurance.

Your items will usually ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.

Positive Feedback will automatically be exchanged.

All items are DISCREETLY shipped via US Post Office.

Customer service & return policy

  

We guarantee to replace your purchase or refund your money for any reason.  Just return your item(s) with a note regarding your refund or exhange decision.

Exchanges - Because all brands are not made the same and everyone's body is a unique shape we provide an exchange or refund.  You may use the full amount paid for the original purchase towards anything available on my store. Customer pays shipping to return items for an exchange.   We pay to ship your exchange back to you.

We do not refund shipping costs. 

All returned items must have original tags attached and must be from smoke-free homes.

All returned items must be in NEW & CLEAN condition.

Include detailed instructions including your name with your returns, such as item auction numbers or descriptions as to what you would like to exchange for. Exchanges and items for refund need to be sent back within 14 days upon receiving your original shipment.
