Please note that we are a business Royal Mail and courier companies collect from our warehouse and this is Monday – Friday some items purchased on Friday – Sunday will be posted on a Monday
Postage
Postage is within 24 hours of receiving payment (1 business day) Monday – Thursday ONLY. There is a good chance that your item will be sent the same day if payment is received by 12.00. We will post anywhere as long as the item is suitable if your country is not listed then please contact for a price. If you want the item sent to a different address then please edit the address as you make the payment, as sales are downloaded from ebay with the information you provide. Messages may not have any effect, as they could be read after the item has been dispatched.
Combined Postage/shipping
We combine over 3 days from the 1st item purchased. Postage/shipping discount where possible will be given for both UK and International customers of £1.00/$2.00 per additional item purchased, as long as the postage price is more than this amount, heavier items may be able to be reduced more. When purchasing more than 1 item please wait or request an invoice before making payment as refunds are NOT given after payment is made.
Payment Methods
Our listings are paypal only, although bank or building society cheque would be accepted. We can also take card payments over the phone. For international sales only paypal is accepted.
Please make sure that you have the correct address of where you want your parcel to be posted to as the address details are printed through the ebay/paypal system and if it is not correct then you will not receive your item and it will be your fault and not ours. Any emails received after asking to send to another address will not have any effect; you are able to change the address on paypal before sending payment through, or put the address in the message section.
Returns
Items have to be returned before a replacement sent or a refund is issued, even if it is our error.
Items may be returned for any reason for an exchange items must be returned in original condition so that they can be resold, and refund would be less a 15% re stocking fee postage is paid by the buyer, unless an error has been made by Lady Penelope's.
Please note that consumable items can NOT be returned for any reason.
Items returned by the carrier
If your item is returned back to us for any reason, then you would need to pay the postage cost to have it re-sent. If you do not pay the postage cost, then any refund would be for the item price only less 15% re stocking fee.
If an item arrives damaged then please contact us, you will be able to claim from the carrier, if you want us to claim then you would have to return the item to us 1st before we can proceed.
Collections
Collections are NOT possible we are an online/mail order company only we do not have facilites for collections.
