 | A: Most items to the UK are sent with tracking, if you have not received your item then please check with your collection office BEFORE contacting us, as 99% of the time your item will be found there, cards are NOT always left. |

 | A: If your item is returned by the carrier for any reason, then you would have to pay the postage to get it re-sent. A refund can be made for the item price less a 15% re-stocking fee |

 | A: We combine over a 3 day period ONLY. For additional items in most cases you would receive a £1.00/$2.00 discount per additional item as long as the postage amount is above this. |

 | A: Yes, over a 3 days period from the 1st item won. Where it is possible both UK and international buyers will receive a £1.00 or $2.00 discount on each additional item, postage price must be more than £1.00/$2.00 for this to apply |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: For UK buyers please allow 7 days for the item to arrive before contacting me, and international buyers 14 days as the posal services need to be given time to deliver your item |

 | A: We offer UK special delivery or parcelforce 24 hour, For international we offer airsure and priority handling, all at additional cost, contact us for a price |
