NEW EBAY FEEDBACK SYSTEM
Due to the new feedback system, sellers are unable to leave negative feedback. As most sellers will agree this is very unfair as we have a small number of ebayers who are intent on just leaving negative because'they can without fear of receiving it back'.Please do not be put off by the random few that leave negative feedback as my continuing positive feedback far outweighs the few buyers that have no idea how to communicate and give un-necessary negative feedback.
If I have made a mistake with the description of your item I will do all I can to rectify it.I will not give in to buyers who threaten me with negative feedback in order to gain a refund for a perfectly described item-these buyers will be reported to ebay Trust & Safety for breach of policy resulting in possible suspension/closure of their account.
POSTAGE:
All items are sent via second class recorded mail only. These items generally take 1-3 working days to deliver and I aim to post the same day/next working day as buyers have made payment. Some buyers are marking my feedback with slow delivery - this is not a delay on my side but with Royal Mail so I would appreciate it if low ratings are not given to me for Royal Mail's lack of service.
