Please ensure you provide us with a residential address as we are unable to deliver to business addresses.
Deliveries are made by Hermes delivery network. Your order will be delivered to your door within 3 to 5 days of cleared payment.
You will receive a confirmation email when your goods are ready to be delivered. If your parcel has not arrived after 14 days, and
you have checked your Tracking ID with our couriers, contact us for a delivery update.
Postage and packing is free on orders over £30.00 and costs just £2.99 for orders less than £30.00, no matter how large or small. This charge remains the same
whatever the size of your order.
Yes. When we dispatch your order we will email you with your unique Tracking ID. To track your order visit Hermes website,
https://www.hermes-europe.co.uk, and enter your Tracking ID and delivery postcode in the blue box in the top left hand corner of
the home page.
Your order can be delivered to any UK address, excluding businesses addresses, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of
Ireland, Scottish Isles, PO Boxes or BFPO (British Forces Postal Offices).
Deliveries are made by Hermes delivery network. If you are not in when they call they will leave you a card detailing instructions
on how to proceed with your delivery.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order in which to return any item to us. They must be in their original
condition. Once we have received your returned goods, we will refund the item cost in full, using the same method by
which you paid for them.
If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect we will refund the item cost and delivery charge.
If you wish to return any items, please fill in the returns form attached to your delivery invoice, stating your
reasons for return. The returns form must be completed and enclosed in your parcel to enable us to process the return
and refund the cost of the item to you.
You should keep the delivery invoice for your records.
Please place the returns address on the outside of your parcel.
To arrange a returns collection simply take your parcel to your nearest Post Office within 14 days of receipt where you will be able to return your item free of charge.
When you drop of your parcel, ensure the Post Office complete your ‘Return Receipt’ as your proof of return.

Once we have received and processed your returned item, we will issue a refund to your Paypal account. You will receive
a confirmation email from us once the refund has been processed.
Please note it can take up to 14 days for items to arrive back in our warehouse and be processed. If you still have not
received your refund by this time, please contact us and we will investigate the issue for you.
Please ensure that you enclose the completed returns form in your parcel. This will enable us to process the return and
issue a refund to you.
No. Returns via Royal Mail are free of charge.
Unfortunately La Redoute is unable to offer an exchange service. Instead, you can follow our returns process and re-order through
eBay.
Regrettably, we can only accept payment via PayPal. We are unable to process payments over the phone.
All the items we have available are listed in our eBay store. If it is not listed, we unfortunately do not have it at this time.
