Please ensure you provide us with a residential address as we are unable to deliver to business addresses.

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries are made by Hermes delivery network. Your order will be delivered to your door within 3 to 5 days of cleared payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your goods are ready to be delivered. If your parcel has not arrived after 14 days, and you have checked your Tracking ID with our couriers, contact us for a delivery update.

How much is delivery?

Postage and packing is free on orders over £30.00 and costs just £2.99 for orders less than £30.00, no matter how large or small. This charge remains the same whatever the size of your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When we dispatch your order we will email you with your unique Tracking ID. To track your order visit Hermes website, http://www.myhermes.co.uk, and enter your Tracking ID and delivery postcode in the blue box in the top left hand corner of the home page.

Where do you deliver?

Your order can be delivered to any UK address, excluding business addresses, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Isles, PO Boxes or BFPO (British Forces Postal Offices).

What if I am out when you deliver?

Deliveries are made by Hermes delivery network. If you are not in when they call they will leave you a card detailing instructions on how to proceed with your delivery.

Every effort is made to deliver goods within the timescales specified, however delays cannot always be avoided. We will not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver your order within the estimated timescales.
